Lauren Witchey, MD, attended medical school and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, Irvine. Hailing from a family deeply rooted in healthcare, she drew inspiration from her grandfather's gastroenterology practice and her mother and grandmother's roles as operating room nurses. From an early age, she knew her calling was to become a physician.
"I understand how important it is to create an environment based on trust and understanding in a healthcare setting. By creating this space, I hope my patients feel comfortable sharing sensitive issues, as well as their values and goals in care. I aim to empower my patients to make informed decisions about their health."
